The central location here is fantastic, and the staff is so helpful - we'll definitely return in the future.

Greatly enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was reasonably large with an incredible location near the open plaza and the city old center and markets, restaurants and transportation...

The location was perfect and the public parking was nearby. I got double room for 4 nights with nice bathroom, the air con, as example, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location of this place is fantastic, being close to everything like restaurants, bars, shops, and the main square in the old town.

The staff was friendly and relaxed, the rooms were stylish and well-kept in an authentic Dalmatian design, and we had a great time there.

I recently stayed at Luxury Room Kokola for 5 nights while exploring the beautiful city. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Palace's west gate and surrounded by restaurants and gift shops. The room was comfortable, clean, and had great sound insulation, making it peaceful even with the lively atmosphere outside. Marko, our host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, always responding quickly and providing valuable advice. I highly recommend this place to others!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town with cafes and shops just steps away. The room itself was clean, neat, and had all the modern facilities we needed. Despite the hot weather, the room remained cool thanks to the fantastic air conditioning. One afternoon, we were even treated to freshly made pancakes by the owner's wife, giving us a homely feel. We were also impressed by the hospitality of Davor and Marco, who were helpful with providing information about the area. if we ever returned to Split, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

The room I got was absolutely stunning, with a unique Dalmatian style that I really liked. It was in a great location, pretty close to a military fortress. The hotel staff was really amazing, too! 😊

I had the most amazing stay at this property. the owner, Davor, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He assisted us with our luggage, gave us a lot of information about Split, and even accompanied us to return our rental car. the room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, with a fantastic coffee machine. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Diocletian's palace and surrounded by a plethora of bars and restaurants. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in beautiful Split. Cons: Couldn't find any faults at all 😊.

The room was beautifully renovated and had all the modern facilities we needed. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city but still quiet. The owner, Davor, was a fantastic host were really good to make our stay nice. He greeted us at the bus station, provided us with helpful information about Split, and even left wine, chocolates, and fruit in the room for us. We felt so well taken care of and greatly appreciated Davor's hospitality. we highly recommend Luxury Room Kokola for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Split.

We had a great time on our city trip! the host was amazing - he personally greeted us at the square and gave us great recommendations on where to go. He even took the time to call and confirm our excursions! the room was perfectly located - right in the heart of the action but you wouldn't know it because it was so quiet. We also appreciated the little extras, like the complimentary snacks and drinks in the room.

The hot water didn't last very long, but that wasn't a major issue for us. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place to others!

This place is located right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from all the attractions and the famous Dioletian's Palace. We loved being able to easily access everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, from arranging car hire and airport shuttle to offering laundry and dry cleaning services. The room amenities were top-notch, with comfortable beds, a sitting area, and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the option to make tea and coffee in our room.

We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
